A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bsch Rexton car.

On October 9, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 18:23, 2013, and led to the progress of the 260-day road at the seat of the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, without any intention.

In this case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to safely operate the steering system and safely to prevent the accident by accurately operating the steering system of the driver of the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the foregoing occupational negligence, committed the injury to the victim C, on the two sides, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment; the injury to the victim D (24 years of age) who is the passenger of the same vehicle, such as the left-hand bed for two weeks of medical treatment; the injury to the victim E (23 years of age), who is the passenger of the same vehicle, requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and the injury to the light bed for two weeks of medical treatment; and the victim F (F) who is the passenger of the same vehicle, suffered from the light bed for two weeks of medical treatment, but failed to stop immediately and escape without taking measures such as aiding the victims.
