Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On November 5, 2018, the Defendant kidnapped a minor with the victim’s name and unexploited baby (n, 1 year old), expressed on the Internet C website around November 5, 2018, and was b to capture the victim from B.

The defendant used the gap in B's guest rooms to put the victim, and go to the defendant's house located in H apartment I in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

Accordingly, the defendant kidnapped a minor victim.

B. The Defendant in violation of the Child Welfare Act (child abandonment or neglect) refers to 1. A, the victim from November 15, 2018 to November 18, 2018, who was the victim of H apartment I, Namyang-si, the Defendant’s residence.

A person who resides together with a baby described in the paragraph and actually protects the victim.

No person shall abandon a child under his/her protection and supervision, or neglect the basic protection, rearing, medical treatment and education, including food, clothing and shelter.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 14:30 on November 18, 2018, is a “K” located under the jurisdiction of the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and the Defendant is on the Internet C website.
