A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. On October 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cut off the non-fluencing of the non-flucular phone seller known through the Internet; (b) around 23:49 of the same day; (c) transferred 800,000 won from the Defendant’s name bank AH account in the name of foreign exchange bank AH account used by a phiphone seller from the Defendant’s bank AG account in the name of “AJ”; and (d) purchased phiphones by finding approximately 0.7gg of phiphones contained in a transparent plastic paper at a non-fluent place around that time.
2. On October 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) printed the non-fluoral phone sellers known through the Internet with E non-fluoral phone distributors, and (b) transferred 800,000 won to the AL account in the name of No. AL account used by the Defendant’s name in the name of No. 13:20 on the same day; and (c) purchased approximately 0.7gg of the fluoral phone from 16:30 on the same day to Y account in the name of No. 16:30 on the same day, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7g of the fluoral phone in the name of the non-fluoral phone seller who was the Defendant’s residence at the time of his/her residence.
3. On October 27, 2015, the Defendant printed off the EAO’s 22:25 day, which was known to the seller of the non-phones via the Internet, and transferred the amount of KRW 800,000 to the AP account in the name of the National Bank AP account used by the seller of Handphones from the AG account of the name of the Defendant, and purchased the opphones by finding approximately 0.7gg of the opphones contained in the transparent vinyl column of the AS AS building located in Dacheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, in around 23:30 on the same day.
4. On November 30, 2015, the Defendant printed off the EAO’s “EO”, which was known to the seller of the non-phiphones via the Internet, with a view to 05:18 on the same day, remitted the amount of KRW 800,000 to AP account in the name of the national bank AP account used by the seller of phiphones from the AG account in the name of the Defendant’s name, and around 06:33 on the same day.
