A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

approximately 1.18 g (including plastic finite weight) on seized penphones, one (No. 1) (including plastic finite weight), and a penphone.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant attempted to purchase philophones, around 18:39, 2017, the Defendant: (a) attempted to sell Melophones (one philophones; hereinafter referred to as philophones), a local mental medicine, published on the Internet at the new bank Qho-gu branch located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P; and (b) ordered the seller of philophones (R, etc.) by ordering the philophones to “E”, a mobile phone SNS case; and (c) transferred KRW 1.5g of philophones to the new bank account (T) in the name of the said seller known to the said seller, and purchased approximately 1.5g of philophones. However, the Defendant failed to receive an attempted philophones on the wind that does not reach any contact with the said seller.

2. Purchasing phiphones;

A. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) ordered the sales of phiphones posted on the Internet at the point of Korea Bank V located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) ordered the sales of phiphones to the seller of phiphones; (c) transferred the sum of KRW 1,200,000 to the seller’s bank account (Y) of X X’s name known to the seller; and (d) subsequently, purchased approximately one gram of phiphones contained in plastic bags from the change of Zine toilets located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, where the seller known to the seller, by means of searching approximately 1,00,000 won.

B. On January 12, 2018, at a point of “AB” in the Republic of Korea, AB around AB, the Defendant ordered the seller of the above name non-diaphone in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph, and transferred the sum of KRW 700,000 to the virtual account (AC) of X-person’s bank (AC) known by the seller, two times in total, and then purchased it by receiving approximately one gram of the opphone contained in AD sent by the seller to use bus freight in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju at around 21:30 on the following day.

On January 23, 2018, the Defendant’s point at the “AB” branch of the above Bank at the same time as that of the preceding paragraph.
