Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2011, Defendants were sentenced to one year for each violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) at the Daegu High Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 3, 2012.

The Defendants conspired to sell water purifiers, etc., which were received cash from the victimized Company, as if they were to lease products such as water purifiers, with D, when they lease products such as water purifiers, through its business employees, with D, with the knowledge that they would be paid in cash, and as if they leased products such as water purifiers from the victimized Company.

Accordingly, on December 22, 2010, the Defendants, along with D, made a lease contract with the attitude that they seem to pay a normal rent to the person who is the member of the business of the victimized company, and return the product when the lease term expires, and requested the victim company to install the product. On the same day, the Defendants received two parts of the cold and hot water purifier, one clean, and two parts of the clean season from the victim company and installed it.

However, at the time, the Defendants and D did not have any intention or ability to return products at the time of the expiration of the lease period, and the leased products received cash from the business members under the name of the personal goods was sold in other places.

Accordingly, the Defendants, in collusion with D, deceiving the business employees of the victimized company's name in unconfluened manner, and then received 1,550,000 won at the market price of 1,50,000 won at the cold and hot temperature, 693,00 won at the market price of 1,412,00 won at the clean season, and 2 market price at the same time from February 28, 201, as shown in the separate list of crimes until February 28, 201, 72 times as shown in the separate list of crimes: Provided, That parts 1 through 3, 12, and 43 of the separate list of crimes are as follows: the Defendants conspired with D for all of the 1 through 48 of the annexed list of crimes.
