Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s status as the party. The Plaintiff is the Plaintiff’s 30 detailed apartment-type 1,646 households and ancillary facilities (hereinafter “instant apartment-type”).
For the efficient management and operation of the apartment, the autonomous management body is composed of occupants. 2) Defendant Un original mother bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Un original mother bank”) is the contractor of the new apartment construction of this case and the seller of the apartment house of this case, and the Defendant Large Forest Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Large Forest Industry”) is the contractor who has contracted the new apartment construction of this case from the Defendant Un original mother bank to perform the new apartment construction of this case, and the Defendant Large Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation is the guarantor who has concluded the warranty contract for the apartment of this case.
B. On January 15, 2010, Defendant Daelim Industry entered into a contract for the warranty of defects and usage inspection 1) As indicated below, the guaranty creditor with respect to the construction of the Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation and the new construction of the instant apartment on the basis of a contract for the warranty of defects (hereinafter “instant guarantee contract”).
(2) The contents of the warranty bond under the above warranty bond are as follows: (a) the warranty bond was issued by the Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation, and the warranty bond was deposited in Osan City Mayor, which is the authority for usage of the apartment of this case.
