1. The Plaintiff:

Reasons

1. The facts below the basic facts are either in dispute between the parties or in accordance with Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 9, 11 (including serial numbers), each of the appraisal results against appraiser A, and the whole purport of each supplementary appraisal result. A.

The Plaintiff is an autonomous management body consisting of its occupants to manage the 8-dong 653 households and ancillary facilities (hereinafter “instant apartment complex”) located in the Dong-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, 556, the 8-dong 556 apartment complex. The New Light Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant New Light Construction”) is a project proprietor who constructed and sold the instant apartment complex, and the Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (the “Defendant Housing Corporation” regardless of the name before the alteration: Korea Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd.; hereinafter the “Defendant New Light Construction”) is a guarantee company that issued an insurance policy on defect repair for the new construction of the instant apartment complex for the Defendant New Light Comprehensive Construction.

B. Defendant New Light Construction Co., Ltd. entered into each of the warranty contracts (hereinafter “each of the instant warranty contracts”) as indicated below with the guarantee creditor as the head of Dong-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City with respect to the instant apartment as to the Defendant’s new light construction and the instant apartment, and received each of the warranty contracts from Defendant Guarantee Corporation.
