1. Of the instant lawsuit, each part of the claim for disclosure of information listed in the separate sheet against the Defendants is dismissed.

Reasons
1. In the lawsuit of this case, the part of the lawsuit of this case requesting the disclosure of information recorded in the separate sheet to the Defendants is subject to the so-called performance lawsuit demanding the Defendants to perform a certain act in the future. The lawsuit seeking a performance judgment ordering an administrative agency to take a certain administrative disposition under the current Administrative Litigation Act is not allowed (Supreme Court Decision 97Nu3200 delivered on September 30, 1997). Each of the above parts is unlawful and dismissed.
2. Details of the disposition;
A. On October 18, 2018, the Plaintiff filed a request for each information disclosure on the information on the attached list (hereinafter “instant information”) written by each of the Defendants on the part of the Defendants on the part of a non-governmental organization established to engage in citizen activities, such as a school discrimination dismissal suit.
B. However, on October 31, 2018, Defendant South-gu Office: (a) on the ground that the instant information falls under Article 9(1)7 of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”); and (b) Defendant South-gu Office (“Defendant South-gu Office”) on the ground that “the instant information constitutes an information disclosure system under Article 49-3 of the Infant Care Act; and (c) constitutes Article 9(1)5 of the Information Disclosure Act.”
“For reasons, each non-disclosure disposition was taken on December 4, 2018, and on December 4, 2018, the Plaintiff filed an administrative suit against the Defendants’ respective non-disclosure dispositions.
C. Meanwhile, the instant information is an audit plan prepared by the Defendants to conduct an audit on each of the child care centers under its jurisdiction from 2015 to 2018, and subsequent guidance and inspection results prepared after the inspection. The Defendants’ specific inspection plan, name of the pertinent child care center, inspection items, individual violation items, inspection results, and administrative guidance, corrective order, and corrective order.
