Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained the victim’s driver’s license lost D and one resident registration certificate lost by the victim E, and (b) embezzled it on his/her own idea without following necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victims; and (c) embezzled it.
2. The Defendant committed larceny and attempted larceny, by taking advantage of the fact that people are negligent in managing mobile phones in school playgrounds, or in a scam or water surface room, committed a theft of his/her mobile phone, and committed to raise money by selling it through the Internet’s used goods transaction site.
Around 02:30 on September 9, 2012, the Defendant used a gap in Faula or public room in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, by taking advantage of the difference in the market price of one million won owned by the victim’s arms and sold by the victim, and took a theft of “galgalgno” equivalent to one million won, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, and used the gap in which victims are either, or the surveillance was neglected, to steal or steals property worth KRW 9,100,000, total market price from around September 9, 2012 to September 25, 2012, the Defendant attempted to steal or steals property worth KRW 10,000,000 each over ten times during the period from September 9, 2012 to September 25, 2012
3. Around September 10, 2012, the Defendant driving a HEz car without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do located in the Geum-dong, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Sung-gu, Sungnam-si, to the comprehensive market located in the Sinnam-dong, the general market located in the Sinnam-si, Gwangju-si, and the "Yefra" located in the Sinnam-dong, Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, and the "Mefra" located in the Sinnam-dong, Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul-si, and without obtaining approximately 35 km driver’s license.
4. On September 15, 2012, the Defendant of the unlawful uttering of official document was required to verify his/her identity by an employee who is unable to know the name of the location of the “Icena” camera located in the Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si.
