A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. From January 4, 2014 to January 11, 2014, the Defendant stolen each of the property worth KRW 9,335,700, total market value of 11 victims, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, including the theft by taking advantage of the gaps in the management of the victim’s damage caused by the negligence in managing the victim’s damage in E stores located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the Defendant stolen each of the property worth KRW 600,00,000, which is the victim’s possession, over 12 occasions, including the theft by taking advantage of the gaps in managing the victim’s damage.

2. Fraud;

A. On January 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 22:50, on the front of the Sungnam Police Station located in Sungnam-dong, 6812, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong; (b) on the front of the Sungnam Police Station located in Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, 2014, went into G taxi operated by the VictimF while having no intent or ability to pay a taxi fee; and (c) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 8,000,000

B. On January 11, 2014, around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) went in J-si operated by the victim I while having no intent or ability to pay taxi charges; and (b) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 11,900 of the taxi charges by arriving in the roads in front of the Jung-gu Office located in the Jung-gu Office located in Sungnam-si, the destination of which is the Jung-gu Office; and (c) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 11,900 of the taxi charges.

C. On January 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 11:14, 201, on the road in front of the Sungnam Police Station located in Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, 6812, had no intent or ability to pay a taxi fee; (b) was boarding a Lcab operated by the victim K while having no intent or ability to pay a taxi fee; and (c) arrived at the road in front of the Manam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, 2465-11

On January 12, 2014, at around 14:55, the Defendant: (a) taken a N taxi operated by the victim M in front of the Paris store located in Seongdong-dong, Sungnam-si; (b) arrived at a road located in the modified Magic vibration at the time of Sungnam-si, the destination; and (c) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 6,900 of the taxi fare.
