[Defendant A and B] Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

[Defendant C] The term of imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of eight months and six months for a short term.

1. The Defendants of the thief who intruded on the night structure in Defendant A and Defendant B, from around 21:58 on June 19, 2017 to around 01:54 on June 20, 2017, Defendant A would be exposed to the Defendant C by phoneing the phone to the Defendant C;

Defendant B, “A mobile phone store with a well known mobile phone,” and Defendant B, upon entering the LG Plus I located in Busan Y which worked in the front of the phone, stolen a mobile phone by receiving the key from the convenience store and thereby cutting the cell phone at the convenience store immediately adjacent to it.” The Defendant C, who was aware of the aforementioned mobile phone, invadedd the LG Plus I at around 02:16 of the same month, and stolen the aforementioned mobile phone amounting to KRW 23,977,80,00, at around the 202:16 of the same month, at around 202:0 of the same month, Defendant C, who was aware of the aforementioned mobile phone store, committed a theft of the amount of KRW 28 mobile phone market value owned by the victim J. 28 mobilephone.

As a result, the Defendants conspired in collusion with the said C’s night structure theft.

2. On June 20, 2017, at around 02:16, the Defendant: (a) opened a store entrance using the key of the entrance kept in the nearby convenience store by means of a cresh in which surveillance was neglected; (b) entered the store entrance; and (c) opened the store entrance in the room; and (d) laid the room in advance prepared for the amount equivalent to KRW 23,977,800 at the smartphone 28 mobile phone market owned by the Defendant J, and stolen it.

3. On June 20, 2017, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the above C to find out a place where he could buy a stolen mobile phone, as prescribed in paragraph (2) via the telephone from the Southern-gu Busan metropolitan area; (b) received two million won at the introduction cost; (c) introduced K to purchase a stolen smartphone to the above C; and (d) arranged disposition equivalent to 23,977,800 won at the 28th smartphone market value of the above smartphone, which is the stolen.
