1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In around 2011, the Defendant received a copy of the resident registration certificate in C’s name with permission from C to use the cell phone name, and sentenced to use the copy of the resident registration certificate in C’s name to open and use an additional cell phone without C’s permission.

1. On April 26, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) around 2012, at the office of GBS S S SP located in 1024 as Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, the Defendant made the employees of the said office enter the said office into “C”, “D”, “E”, and “C” in the resident registration number column; and (b) made the buyer’s name attached to the above C’s name sign.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application form for the purchase of smartphone in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On April 26, 2012, the event of the above investigation document and the Defendant submitted the forged new contract at the office of MBS S S SP located in 1024 as Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (State). As above, the Defendant requested the employees (State) MB S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S, who is aware of the forgery

Accordingly, the Defendant exercised the above application for counterfeit membership, and by deceiving his nameless employees, received from the employees the victim (a week) who owns the LG Plus and received a delivery of one smartphone equivalent to KRW 99,90,00 from the victim (a week).
