A is the president of the Democratic Labor Union I branch(hereinafter referred to as the "I branch"), Defendant B is the temporary district head of the I branch, Defendant E is the chief of the I branch, Defendant F is the chief of the I branch, Defendant C is the chief of the I branch, Defendant C is the chief of the I branch, Defendant C is the J of the I branch, and Defendant D is the labor union member of the I branch.

The Defendants conspired to interfere with the construction work of tin-type construction company by occupying a new apartment site in Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun and 21 lots of apartment complex constructed by the said company in order to force the implementation of the collective agreement by pressure with its members such as I Branch L, etc., in violation of the collective agreement concluded with the Korean Construction Trade Union.

1. From October 10, 2013 to October 17, 2013, the Defendants held an assembly using a loudspeaker of a broadcasting vehicle to build a new apartment site in Daegu-gun, Daegu-gun, and 21 lots of land, the victim Y, and 500 members of the I branch, and held an assembly using a loudspeaker of the broadcast vehicle to build the above construction site, and the employees working at the above construction site in collusion with the head of the I branch L and its members at the same time as indicated in the attached list of crimes, such as the suspension of work, by holding an assembly by using a loudspeaker of the broadcast vehicle to build a new construction site, and causing them to interfere with the above work by force, etc.

2. Defendant E, at around 09:40 on October 10, 2013, engaged in material movement works at the construction site and at the high-rise apartment construction.
