On October 5, 2012, at around 04:06, the Defendant: (a) moved to B in the state of blood alcohol concentration of about 0.119% from the upper half of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon to approximately 100 meters from the upper half of the 107-23 street.
