Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has driven a car in the name of B and drives a car in the course of business.

On April 23, 2013, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 100 meters from the street in front of 1481, Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul to the street in front of 1481-19.
