At around 23:50 on August 21, 2013, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at a distance equivalent to 100 meters from the street in front of “Korea Bank” to the street in the same Dong from the street in front of “Echeon Terminal” to the street in the same Dong, “Echeon Terminal,” while under the influence of alcohol by 0.197%.
