A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and six months, and a short term of one year.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was issued a disposition to protect a juvenile on November 28, 2013 as a crime of larceny in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Jeonju District Court, on January 23, 2013, a disposition to protect a juvenile by committing night buildings intrusion and larceny at the Gun Office of the Jeonju District Prosecutors' Office on January 23, 201, a disposition to protect a juvenile by committing larceny at the Gun Office on December 7, 2012, a disposition to protect a juvenile on October 23, 2012, a disposition to protect a juvenile by following night buildings intrusion and larceny at the Gun Office in the above Gun Office on April 26, 2012, a disposition to suspend indictment from the above Gun Office as a crime of larceny at the Gun Office on March 27, 2012, the above disposition to protect a juvenile from the Gun Office as a attempted crime of larceny at the Gun Office on December 14, 2011.
On June 20, 2014, at around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the “E branch” system managed by the victim D in the Gunsan-si C, which was not corrected; and (b) subsequently stolen the cash, which is the victim’s possession, after having used the key to the so-called “E branch” system to prepare the correction device of the so-called beverage board, which was set up on the second floor of the above church, and cancelled by using the key to the so-called “E branch” system.
In addition, from that to July 23, 2014, the Defendant habitually stolen property equivalent to KRW 6,670,70 in total by the same method over 22 times, as indicated in the attached list Nos. 1-12, 14, 16-20 and the attached list of crimes, and the attached list of crimes, between the period from that time to July 23, 2014, and attempted to steals property by the same method over two times, such as the list Nos. 13 and 15 of the attached list of crimes.
