A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 3, 2018, the Defendant damaged the said vehicle by asserting that the victim’s E-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W

2. No person who violates the Road Traffic Act shall be allowed to sit or standing on a road in such a manner as to obstruct the traffic;

Nevertheless, the Defendant destroyed the vehicle at the time, time, and place of Paragraph 1 and carried out an act such as singing and taking a bath on the road for about 30 minutes after having damaged the vehicle.

3. 모욕 피고인은 같은 날 18:30경 제1항 장소에서 제1항, 제2항과 같은 이유로 112신고를 받고 출동한 용인서부경찰서 F지구대 소속 경장 피해자 G으로부터 "만약 선생님이 교통사고를 당하셨으면 사고처리를 하시면 되고 이렇게 바닥에 누워 다른 차량들의 통행을 방해하시면 안됩니다"라고 절차를 고지받고 귀가할 것을 요구받자, 피해자에게 "씹할놈! 개새끼야! 너희는 상관하지 말고 꺼져라! 공권력은 개나 줘라, 씹할놈들아! 씹할놈들이 체포도 못할거면서 너희가 할 줄 아는게 뭐냐! 씹새끼들아!" 라고 큰 소리로 말하여 피해자를 모욕하였다.

4.
