A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 5, 2014, around 02:30 on July 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a corrected entrance in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and entered the cafeteria and intruded on the structure.

2. Under the influence of alcohol at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) was breathed with a main partition of the amount equivalent to KRW 200,00,000 in the market price of KRW 1,40,000; (b) was 2; (c) the air conditioners with a line of the market price of KRW 60,00,000; and (d) was c) the Defendant was fluored with a main bottle of the three boxes of the city of KRW 110,00 in the market price.

3. On July 5, 2014, at around 02:46, the Defendant damaged public goods by: (a) the slope G belonging to the F Zone G of the Geum-gu Police Station, which was called out after having received 112 reports in front of the “E” restaurant as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) the Inspector G, who arrested the Defendant in the act of committing an act of committing an offense, resisted the Defendant and resisting the Defendant to the patrol vehicle parked therein; and (c) the Defendant took a bath to the public goods by setting the upper part of the I patrol car, which is a public goods, one time and 368,553 won of the repair cost.

4. When the Defendant was arrested in the act of committing an act of committing an act of violation of Article 3, at the date and time, at the place, 112 reported and dispatched by the F Zone G affiliated with the F Zone G of the Geum-gu Police Station, and left the back seat of the patrol vehicle, the Defendant resisted the Defendant’s slope G’s side gate and the buckbucks that he was on the Defendant’s side seat while resisting back.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of police officers in the act of committing a crime.

5. Around 03:10 on July 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender as described in paragraph (4) at the F District District of the Busan F District Police Station located in the Busan Geum-gu, Busan, as well as paragraph (4) at the F District of the Busan, F District Police Station; and (b) “I am the victim’s slope G, i.e., the victim of the F District, such as D and K, “I sing off, sing off, sing off, and sing off to this day”; and (c) “I am the victim’s bitch.”
