Criminal facts

1. On April 14, 2018, at around 12:30, the Defendant interfered with the business affairs of the victim’s office by force over about 30 minutes, such as entering the 'D Licensed Real Estate Agent' Office of the victim C’s operation in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, and demanding to enter the brea-gu office under the influence of alcohol to request coffee, and putting sound on the floor without any reason.

2. On July 25, 2018, around 07:15, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s coffee specialty business by force over about 30 minutes, such as: (a) at the “G available retail store” coffee stores in the control of the victim’s F, which is located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E; (b) taking a mobile phone music through singing and taking a bath to employees who control it, under the influence of alcohol.

3. On August 9, 2018, around 20:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s coffee specialty business by force over one hour at the 'J' stores of the victim I management in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon.’s 'J' stores of coffee.

4. At around 17:00 on December 7, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force over about 40 minutes by singing a large amount of sound under the influence of alcohol to customers who were in the middle-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

5. At around 02:00 on December 30, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s legitimate taxi business by force over about 30 minutes, such as raising a bridge on the top of the Round, raising the victim’s lab while under the influence of alcohol while boarding a O taxi in the middle-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon, and obstructing the victim’s legitimate taxi business by force.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victims' business operations by force over five times.
