Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 27, 2017.

1. The Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on February 1, 2017, at “E convenience store” operated by the victim D in Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Dong-gu; (b) at around 14:0,000, the Defendant lent 1,000 won only to customers who are under the influence of alcohol.

In order to prevent customers from using the convenience store by demanding and threatening money, it interfered with the victim's convenience store business by force.

2. On February 3, 2017, at around 07:30, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s convenience store business by force, such as: (a) in the “H convenience store” operated by the victim G in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon; (b) in a drunken state, the Defendant entered the place with the subject of drinking alcohol, and expressed the desire to the customers, such as “spulpule”, and preventing the customers who want to use the convenience store prior to the entrance of the said convenience store.
