Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on February 8, 2013, after being sentenced to one year and six months for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Busan District Court, five times the criminal records of the same kind of crime, including the termination of the execution of the sentence in the medical institution of the Government on June 1, 2014.

Even if the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they handled the narcotics as follows:

1. Defendant A

A. On September 6, 2015, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) placed on the street in front of the non-permanent announcement source located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, to B; and (b) placed up approximately 0.2 gram of the Mepter (hereinafter referred to as the “Melopon”) which is a local mental medicine drug consisting of a single-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-use-based-use-based-use-based-use-based-use-based-use-based-type-based-type-based-type-based-based-type-based-based-type

Accordingly, the defendant sold approximately 0.2 grams to B on 200,000 won.

B. On October 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 11:00 on October 1, 2015, operated by B on the road in front of the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and (b) 100,000 won on a pen-phone 0.1g of paper to B; and (c) received 100,000 won on a price basis.

Accordingly, the defendant sold approximately 0.1g of philophones to B in 100,000 won.

(c)

On October 6, 2015, the Defendant, at around 11:00, injected 0.05g of philophones from the mutual influorial telephones in Daejeon Sung-gu, Daejeon, with water, and administered philophones by means of injection with the Defendant’s cluor, etc. using a single-use injection device.

(d)

On October 6, 2015, around 19:50, the Defendant possessed a phiphone by means of distributing approximately 12.62g of plasticphones, which was contained in three plastic bags, in front of the F convenience store located in Busan Spo-gu, Busan, in a white bag owned by the Defendant, in a way of keeping approximately 12.62g of plasticphones.

2. Defendant B

A. On September 6, 2015, the Defendant agreed to purchase approximately 0.2 grams from A in the translopon vehicle operated by the Defendant on the street in front of the French-dong located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, to purchase approximately 0.2 grams from A in the translopon vehicle.
