Criminal facts

The Defendant is a person who engages in livestock products sales business in the name of “C” in Chungcheong City B. Livestock shall be slaughtered at a slaughterhouse permitted by a City Mayor.

Nevertheless, from December 2012 to March 20, 2013, the Defendant slaughtered approximately 30 marins from the front road side of the above “C” and sold 3,000 to 21,000 to 25,000 won for slaughter to many unspecified persons.
