A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates F Co., Ltd. located in building 701, Namdong-gu, Incheon.

1. On July 10, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G: (a) received commission from the victim G to slaughter and sell the meat owned by the livestock farmer at the mutual infinite H (H) and sold it, and (b) agreed to receive the victim’s land price as commission; (c) on August 25, 2015, the Defendant collected 9 mare from the damaged person’s meat owned by the victim from the J slaughterhouse located in Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon around the 26th day of the same month to receive 44,179,89 won from the above JJ to the passbook in the name of the Defendant F Co., Ltd. (NAC)’s account transfer; and (d) embezzled the victim’s land for private consumption, such as personal debt and embezzlement at his/her own expense.

2. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim L, on September 18, 2015, committed the crime of slaughter and sale of the victim L, who was entrusted to slaughter and sale of the above meat owned by the person injured by the livestock industry in the victim L, which was located in the livestock industry of the first half of the second half of the year, from the person injured by the above victim, and slaughtered and sold it, and the victim was entitled to receive the price of the victim's meat, and the Defendant, on September 17, 2015, formed a 19-ma of the victim's meat from the victim's 19-ma from the victim's disease around September 18, 2015. The Defendant received the total amount of KRW 41,595,987 from the above J on the same day, and KRW 10-ma from the above J on the 19th of the same month to the account number of the victim's 42,384,784, and the account transfer from the above J on the same day to the account number of the defendant.
