Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who raises a chickens and ducks in the name of "C" in Gyeyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City B. The slaughter of livestock shall be conducted at a slaughterhouse permitted by the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, from August 2010 to March 13, 2013, the Defendant installed a hacker, the lower court’s hacker (a machine extracted from original hacker and hacker) with heavy water inside a farm, and sold the 15,000 won to many unspecified people by slaughtering the hacker and chickens raised.
