Punishment of the crime

No person shall engage in livestock products wholesale business without obtaining permission for the competent market at each place of business.

Nevertheless, from April 1, 2019 to October 20, 2019, the Defendant was equipped with slaughter facilities, such as scambling and scambling, etc., in a vinyl house located in B from around 1, 2019 to around 20, and sold to unspecified customers by slaughtering approximately 8,000 won per day (18,000 won per chickens, and 20,000 won per ducks) of chickens and ducks.

Accordingly, the defendant did livestock products wholesale business without obtaining permission from the competent market.
