A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents, uttering of private documents, and violation of the Resident Registration Act on February 14, 2017;

A. On February 14, 2017, at the C community service center located in Gyeonggi-do Government-si B, the Defendant entered “D” in the name column and address column of the householder in the “family” column of the reason for transfer, and affixed a prior seal on the D’s prior seal.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a move-in report in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant submitted a forged move-in report to a public official in the name-free community service center who is aware of the forgery at the above date and time, and exercised it.

(c) No person shall report or request any false fact with respect to a resident registration or resident registration certificate;

Nevertheless, the Defendant reported false facts about the resident registration by making a move-in report as if he/she were living in the absence of the fact D's moving-in report in the above date, at the above place, and as if he/she were living in the E apartment

2. Forgery of private documents, uttering of private documents, and violation of the Resident Registration Act on February 16, 2017;

A. On February 16, 2017, at the H community service center located in G at the Government-Si of Gyeonggi-do, the Defendant entered “D” in the name column of the householder in the “place of present residence (the place of present residence)” and “I apartment Jho-ho” in the “place of address column” in the “place of present residence”, and arbitrarily sealed D’s seal.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising authority, forged a move-in report in the name of D, a secretary on rights and duties.

B. The Defendant shall make a false move-in report to a public official of the Dong office, who is aware of the forgery at the above date and place.
