Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 17, 2016, the Defendant, who died on April 17, 2016, had been willing to make a move-in report from Cheongbuk-gun C to Daegu Northern-gu D in order to receive subsidies for cremation B.

1. On April 18, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document at the Taedo-dong community service center in Taedo-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 43-lane 20, the Defendant stated “B”, “E” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the resident registration number column, and “B” in the delegated person column of the power of attorney, and marked B’s seal that was kept in the ordinary book subsequent to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged the move-in report and the power of attorney in the name of B, a private document related to rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant: (a) delivered the forged move-in report and the power of attorney to F in charge of the move-in report to the Taedong-dong community service center without knowledge of the forgery at the time, place, and place specified in paragraph (1); and (b) exercised the aforementioned report.

3. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall file a false report or application on a resident registration or resident registration certificate;

Nevertheless, the Defendant filed a false report on the resident registration in such a way as mentioned above, although the facts at the date, time, and place mentioned in paragraph (1) cannot be transferred to the Defendant on April 17, 2016.
