1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) on the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

The court's reasoning is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, the court's reasoning is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit is dismissed as it is without merit, and the defendant's counterclaim is partially accepted, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals concerning the principal lawsuit of this case and the counterclaim are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
