1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

The reasoning of this Court’s reasoning is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and such reasoning is cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

[Attachment Nos. 8 through 12 (including a serial number) submitted by the plaintiff at the trial, and the fact-finding and judgment of the first instance court are justifiable even if the result of the fact-finding inquiry conducted by the court of South and North Korea Gun. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit is dismissed as it is without merit, and the defendant's claim of the counterclaim is justified as it is reasonable in conclusion. Thus, the judgment of the first instance is just, and the appeal against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and counterclaim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition
