The reasoning of this court’s explanation is as follows, except where “EP1393,440 won” under the 6th sentence of the 4th judgment of the court of first instance is “EP1393,440 won”, and the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the part of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit is dismissed as it is without merit, and the defendant's claim of the counterclaim is accepted with merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed as it is without merit.
