1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal are the principal lawsuit.
Reasons
The court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus cite it as it is by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit is dismissed as it is without merit, and the defendant's claim of the counterclaim is justified within the scope of the above recognition, and the remainder of the counterclaim is dismissed as it is without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just, and each appeal against the plaintiff's principal lawsuit and the counterclaim is dismissed as it is without merit. The costs of appeal are assessed against the plaintiff by combining the principal lawsuit and the counterclaim. It is so decided as per Disposition.
