Punishment of the crime

[School Fund] The Government shall establish the Electrical Industry Foundation Fund under Article 48 of the Electric Utility Act to secure financial resources necessary for the sustainable development and creation of the foundation of the electric utility industry, and implement support projects to promote the development of surrounding areas and the welfare of residents based on the Act on Assistance to Electric Power Plants Environs.

As part of the basic support project, only 10,000 won for elementary school students, 10,000 won for middle, high, and air and correspondence colleges, 1,50,000 won for technical experts, 1,50,000 won for college students, and 2,00,000 college students for four-year college students shall be paid once a year, to those who have an address in Incheon J, which is the area adjacent to the I power plant, and have been actually residing for at least five consecutive years.

1. On August 5, 2013, Defendant B is residing in the office of the I Foreign Publicity Team in Incheon L, and even if the facts were not actually residing in Incheon M, Defendant B is residing in the above domicile for the purpose of receiving the above school expense.
