A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The criminal defendant had lost driver's license in a cryptive manner with his/her intention to open and deliver a mobile phone as he/she had obtained C's consent.

On July 15, 2013, the Defendant presented C’s driver’s license within the “F” store operated by Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu D victim E on July 15, 2013, and made a false statement to the effect that “C obtained consent from the opening of the cell phone. To purchase the cell phone in C’s name.”

In other words, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, was delivered one cell phone of MA860S which is equivalent to the market value of 849,200 won from the victim.

2. Although the Defendant did not obtain the consent of C as above, he forged a new contract on the mobile phone in the name of C and attempted to open the mobile phone by using it.

At the time and place specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) stated “C”, “G” in the “resident registration number column; (b) “G” in the “resident registration number column”; and (c) forged a private document on the rights and obligations of others; and (c) submitted a forged private document, which is a forged private document, to E without knowledge of the forged fact.

3. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall use another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

Nevertheless, the defendant prepared a new application for the service as described in paragraph (2) at the time and place, and entered C's resident registration number without permission, and used C's resident registration number unlawfully.
