1. Basic facts

A. On December 31, 2015, Plaintiff B is the mother who delivered Plaintiff D at the F Hospital run by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant hospital”) and Plaintiff A is the father of Plaintiff D.

B. On May 4, 2015, Plaintiff B visited the instant hospital and was diagnosed as pregnant, and received a regular inspection at the instant hospital from that time.

C. Plaintiff B refers to the method of artificially exposing an embryo by artificially exposing a pregnant woman during 39 weeks of pregnancy, on the ground that “the fetus’s body is confirmed to have a large part of the fetus’s body” from G, a doctor in charge on December 18, 2015, who is the 38th day of pregnancy, is confirmed to have a large part of the fetus’s body.

Plaintiff
