1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 120,079,030 as well as KRW 119,70,000 among them, from December 14, 2012 to the date of full payment.

The facts in which the cause of the claim is indicated (However, the “creditor” is changed to “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” is changed to “Defendant”) are either a dispute between the parties, or the entire purport of the pleadings can be acknowledged by taking into account each entry in the evidence Nos. 1 through 6 (including a serial number).

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum, which is the interest rate of 120,079,030 won and interest of 119,70,000 won and interest of 120,000 won, from December 14, 2012 to the date of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
