1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 57,595,097 and the amount of KRW 54,839,167 from December 7, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The fact that the cause of the claim is indicated (However, the “creditor” is changed to “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” is changed to “Defendant”) is either a dispute between the parties, or the entire purport of the pleading is added to each of the statements in the evidence Nos. 1 through 6.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the rate of 15% per annum, which is the interest rate for delay damages, from December 7, 2017 to the date of full payment, to the agreed interest rate of 57,595,097 won and the interest rate of 54,839,167 won.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
