1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 94,582,708 and KRW 72,570,891 from December 28, 2017 to the day of full payment.

The fact that the cause of the claim is indicated (However, the fact that the “creditor” is changed to “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” is changed to “Defendant”) is either a dispute between the parties, or that the entire purport of the pleading is added to the evidence Nos. 1 through 14.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest calculated by the interest rate of 15% per annum from December 28, 2017 to the date of full payment of the principal amounting to KRW 94,582,708 and the principal amounting to KRW 72,570,891.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
