1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 162,086,482 and the amount of KRW 46,275,389 from December 22, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The fact that the cause of the claim is stated (However, the fact that the “creditor” is changed to the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” is changed to the “Defendant”) is either a dispute between the parties, or a dispute is recognized by the evidence Nos. 1 and 2.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff overdue interest calculated by the rate of 15% per annum from December 22, 2017 to the date of repayment for the principal and interest of KRW 162,086,482 and the principal of KRW 46,275,389.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
