Punishment of the crime

1. On July 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 01:43 on July 15, 2019, in front of a female toilet in the place near the Suwon Station located in 924, as the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant opened the above toilet for the purpose of photographing the female who sees the change from the toilet room in front of the building’s address on the part of the Suwon Station located in 924; and (b) opened the video photographer of the Defendant’s mobile phone with the Defendant’s cell phone, and recorded the screen screen with the method of inserting the smartphone into the above smartphone, thereby viewing the change of the victim’s use.

Accordingly, the Defendant taken the body of the victim against his will that could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame using devices with a similar function, which intrudes on places used by many and unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting sexual desire, and uses a camera or other similar function.

2. On July 31, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of July 31, 2019, around 02:50 on July 31, 2019, in front of the third female toilets of the commercial building located in Sungsung City B, for the purpose of photographing women who are viewed as melting a change in the toilet in the toilet screen, the Defendant entered the above toilet, and opened the video camera of the Defendant’s mobile phone, and taken the screen image of the victim C (tentative name, in such a way as to put the smartphone into a melter with the above smartphone.
