A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant divorcedd with C on July 30, 2007, and from around July 2012, 2012, brought up the victim D (E) who is the Defendant’s child. A

As a result, the defendant abused the victim's body, who is a child.
