A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated “the transferee’s address: 102-306,” “F: F” and “D’s seal arbitrarily produced on his/her name,” without D’s consent at the office of the Sejong Industry Development Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd. located 14-gil-ro 25-gil-ro; (b) stated “the transferee’s address: the transferee address; 102-306; and (c) indicated “F” and “D” respectively.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of a share transfer contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On July 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) submitted to the staff in charge of the foregoing tax office located in a gold business office located in 1636 located in the city of Geumcheon-gu, Busan, a written contract for the transfer of stocks under the name of the said tax office; and (b) a written contract for the transfer of stocks under the name of the said government office, as if the written contract for the transfer of stocks was duly prepared.

On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that “the address of the assignee: the address of the assignee; (b) resident registration number; (c) H, and (d) name: I”; and (b) affix the I’s seal voluntarily produced on the back to the name of the assignee, on July 2013, 201, at the office of Gyeyang Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., located 14-3, 14-3, 25-3, 14-7, 2013.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of a share transfer contract, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, under the name of I.
