A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on July 21, 2015;

A. On July 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated that “D was appointed to directors and representative directors of an intra-company”; (b) stated that “a copy of a temporary general meeting of shareholders” by means of computers was kept in the office of certified judicial scrivener in Dong-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju; and (c) stored in the name of E after printing out the same.

E’s seal has been affixed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of a temporary general meeting of shareholders in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (1) of Article 1, requested a certified judicial scrivener who is aware of the forgery to register the change of executive officers of C&F, and held the forged “a copy of the temporary general meeting of shareholders” as if it were duly formed.

2. The crime committed on August 12, 2015;

A. On August 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated that “E”, “G”, “G”, and “date” in the transferor’s column in the form of “stock transfer contract” in the coast office located in the Northern-dong, Gwangju-gu; and (b) stated “E”, “G”, and “G” on August 12, 2015; and (c) carried out a private person following his name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a share transfer contract in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph (2) of Article 2, asked a tax accounting corporation employee who is aware of such forgery to transfer the shares of the F, and exercised the aforesaid forged “contract for transfer of shares” as if it was duly formed.
