Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while operating the Company B as described in B on March 2007, did not prepare a contract for transfer of shares with Company B even though he/she arranged his/her shares and liquidated a partnership relationship. As a result, the Defendant forged a copy of the transfer contract of shares in B, a private document on rights and obligations.
