Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 14:00 on April 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) found one copy of the NA C C C, the owner of the victim E, who was lost; (b) but did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled the property that he/she had, as he/she had, left the possession of the victim.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On April 7, 2015, around 22:38, the Defendant purchased tobacco equivalent to KRW 4,500 at the market price at the F convenience store operated by the victims’ names in the Northern-gu Busan, Busan, and paid the price by presenting the physical card lost by E as if it was his own card.

B. On April 7, 2015, around 22:54, the Defendant: (a) boarded a taxi on the part of the victim’s name in front of the Dongdaemun-dong Station in the same city; (b) let the victim drive the taxi before the Southern-dong Market in the same city; and (c) paid a taxi fee of KRW 25,000 by the same method using the said body card.

C. On April 7, 2015, around 23:03, the Defendant purchased tobacco equivalent to KRW 9,300 at H convenience stores operated by the victims’ names in Jung-gu G in the same city, and paid the price by the same method using the above physical card.

On April 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on April 23:12, 2015, she boarded the victim’s name in the taxi before the said gravel market; (b) caused the victim to operate the taxi before the said gravel; and (c) paid the victim a taxi fee of KRW 30,000 using the said fitness card in the same manner.

E. On April 8, 2015, at around 00:15, the Defendant purchased food, etc. equivalent to KRW 12,900 at the market price at the convenience store of the victim listed in paragraph 2-b, and settled the price by the same method using the above physical card.

F. The Defendant, around 00:16, around April 8, 2015, was the victim before the police station.
