Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 08:00, at the bus stops of the C Hospital bus stops located in Yangsan-si B, the victim D obtained a physical card owned by the victim D and returned it to the victim; (b) he/she did not take necessary procedures; and (c) carried his/her thought he/she had had it on his/her own.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. At around 11:32 March 17, 2019, the Defendant used a bus at the bus stops of the C Hospital located in Yangsan-si B, and paid KRW 10,700 in total using each of the above D’s physical cards embezzled as in the above D’s eck card that was embezzled as in the above 1.1., and thereafter, until March 21, 2019, the Defendant paid KRW 10,700 in total using each of the above D’s physical cards embezzled over eight occasions, as in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant used the above D's C's clock card that he embezzled.

B. (i) On March 18, 2019, the Defendant settled the total amount of KRW 5,950 with the above D’s physical card embezzled as stated in the above 1.1. when purchasing the goods at the F convenience store located in Yangsan-si E around 12:04, the Defendant settled the total amount of KRW 5,950.

Accordingly, the defendant used the above D's C's clock card that was embezzled by the defendant.

B. On March 19, 2019, around 09:13, the Defendant purchased goods at H convenience points located in Yangsan City G, and settled KRW 4,500,00 in total, using the above D’s physical card embezzled as stated in the above 1.

Accordingly, the defendant used the above D's C's clock card that was embezzled by the defendant.

On March 19, 2019, the Defendant settled KRW 9,300,00 in total of the prices of the goods using the above D’s physical card embezzled as stated in the above 1.

Accordingly, the defendant used the above D's C's clock card that was embezzled by the defendant.

3. The Defendant’s fraud was completed at each time, place, and facts under the above 2. Paragraph 2, even if the Defendant was not the said D.
