Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 27, 2015, from around 15:00 to 17:00 of the same day, the Defendant discovered the victim C’s DNA car parked in the southdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and collected the locking device by placing one day from the date of the victim C’s possession in the front place, and then removed the locking device by means of a hand-time sckeing of the victim’s market price, and then cut off one and one of the non-documented documents from the victim’s market price into the said vehicle, and then cut off one string, one of which was the victim’s market price owned by the victim with the driver’s license.
