1. The defendant's consent to the establishment of roads with respect to the share of 217/785 square meters among F forest land 785 square meters in Sungsung-si.

1. Basic facts

A. G filed an application for permission to engage in development activities with a view to developing H 7,874 square meters of forest land (hereinafter “the instant forest”) as a factory complex, as shown in the annexed Form 1, G intended to develop the instant forest land as a factory complex. On March 18, 2016, he/she received a request from Sungsung-si to examine “the access road to the site is going into the north side after the opening of a road from the south side of the site to the north side”; and accordingly, he/she obtained permission to engage in development activities for the instant forest land on April 14, 2016 by changing the instant forest to a road that passes through the form “” (hereinafter “the instant valley road”), as shown in annexed Form 2.

In addition, G and four other (Plaintiff A, C, D, and I) were approved for factory construction on October 19, 2015 with respect to the forest of this case on April 18, 2016.

B. On May 13, 2016, G around that time concluded a sales contract with the Defendant and the J (the representative is K to the Defendant; hereinafter the same shall apply) and approximately KRW 1,326 square meters ( approximately KRW 401 square meters) out of the instant forest as well as KRW 240,60,60,000 (the contract amount of KRW 24,060,000 shall be paid on the contractual date, and the remainder of KRW 216,540,00,000 shall be paid on the contractual date, and the seller shall pay the remainder within one month after the alteration of a factory, the completion of the civil works and the completion of the arrangement of official cadastral records under the name of the buyer) with the change of the name of the Defendant (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). In addition, at the seller’s expense and the seller’s expense as the seller wishes, the seller performed the construction work (based on a special agreement to prevent land use and damage).

Meanwhile, at the time of the instant sales contract, G and the defendant have closed the bend road of this case as shown in the attached Form 3, and connect the factory site purchased by the defendant to the straight line.
