A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of two years and a short term of one year and six months.

The defendant is a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. (1) On November 10, 2013, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim C (nive, 16 years of age) (i) committed an indecent act against the child or juvenile by force against the victim, even though the victim C (nive, 16 years of age) was denied, he/she was exempted from the pelbing in the electronic play in Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, and the victim C (nive, 16 years of age), and the victim refused to do so.

(2) On November 12, 2013, the Defendant refused at the same place on the same date and around 20:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, by putting the victim kid, and causing two descendants of the victim, thereby preventing the victim from getting off and getting off at a canter, and by rhing the victim’s chest and bridge, by force.

(3) On November 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, at the same place on the same day as on November 17, 2013; (b) despite the victim’s refusal of “Mara”, the victim’s failure to get off the victim’s fastening softener; (c) unfolding the victim’s hand into the victim’s hub, and rhing the victim’s spathy with his/her hand, committed an indecent act against the victim by force.

(4) 피고인은 2013. 11. 19. 저녁경 같은 장소에서, 피해자를 데려가 피해자가 “하지마라”고 거부함에도 피해자의 목을 혀로 핥고 손으로 피해자의 가슴을 만지고 다리를 더듬어 위력으로써 아동ㆍ청소년인 피해자를 추행하였다.

(5) At around 04:00 on November 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) in the second column of G Park Gpark toilet located in the Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) requested the victim to have sexual intercourse; (c) but, as the victim refused it, the victim was “ma”, and (d) was a child or juvenile, who was a child and juvenile by force.
