A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the guide of the victim C(n, 13 years of age), and the space from April 2012 to be living together.

(1) In late 2015, the Defendant: (a) was divingd from the Defendant’s home room located in the north-gu D apartment at the port of Posk-gu and the Defendant’s house located in 216 dong 806 at the time of the commission of the crime; (b) was able to take the chest of the victim (the 12 years old at the time of the commission of the crime) as her hand; (c) was her hand in the victim’s panty, and the victim’s sexual organ was hicked; (d) the victim did not want to do so, and (e) continued to have her sexual organ sealed by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim under 13 years of age.

(2) On February 2015, the Defendant, at the place specified in Paragraph (1) above, 2015, was able to see the chest of the victim (the 13 years old at the time of committing the crime) who was divingd by the Defendant, as he was in his hands, and her finger in the panty of the victim, and only her fingers into the victim's sexual organ, as he did not want to do so, and the victim was pushed into the victim's sexual organ, but continued to her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a child or juvenile victim.

(3) On February 2015, the Defendant, at the place specified in Paragraph (1) above, 2015, was able to see the chest of the victim (the 13 years old at the time of committing the crime) who was divingd by the Defendant, as he was in his hands, and her finger in the panty of the victim, and only her fingers into the victim's sexual organ, as he did not want to do so, and the victim was pushed into the victim's sexual organ, but continued to her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against a child or juvenile victim.

(4) The Defendant, at the top of the Defendant’s house, set forth in paragraph (1) above, 2015, carried the chest of the victim (the 13 years old at the time of committing the crime) who was locked back by the Defendant’s house at the bend of the Defendant’s house at the top of the Defendant’s house, was able to look at three times as the Defendant was in charge, and her hand inside the victim’s panty.
